She strives to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood and empowered to make meaningful changes. Rachel's approach blends compassion and gentle challenges to help the client build self-awareness, improve communication, and strengthen relationships.
She believes every person has unique strengths and the capacity to grow. By understanding the clients perspective and focusing on their emotional experience, she will help the client uncover their own potential and tackle life’s challenges with confidence.
